Before the event, all invited suppliers share the same information regarding the negotiation (supply requirements, awarding modalities) which guarantee the full transparency and equal opportunities of awarding.

At a previously set date and time, suppliers begin submitting their offers once logged in to Asupply, which remain anonymous, however are visible to both regarding the values.  Autogrill follows the negotiation process from a computer. Upon the set deadline, the Dynamic Negotiation will be awarded following the modalities previously shared.
