This is the tool which allows the optimization and management request and assignment of offers, streamlining the Buyer /Supplier interaction modes.

The process is carried out via internet between Autogrill and invited Suppliers, who share Supply requirements and “Negotiation Regulations”.

The offers submitted on-line by Suppliers are viewed by Autogrill in accordance with agreed modalities. Upon comparison of the offers and on the basis of selected parameters, the Buyer may decide whether to conclude the process by assigning the negotiation or to proceed with a Dynamic Negotiation.

Among the main features of the module are:

• Streamlining the issuing of RFQ to suppliers
• Time savings necessary for Suppliers to create and submit the offer
• Procedural uniformity (documents, potential updates, timing) shared with all RFQ participants
• Immediate evaluation of offers received , easily comparable
